We were initially put into a tiny room on the 2nd floor, which made us feel a bit claustrophobic! When I advised that after checking the website to look at their rooms - had we known we would be put into such a tiny room, I wouldn't have booked there! The check-in desk initially claimed there were no spare rooms available; however, managed to put us into a much more spacious room on the 5th floor! We greatly appreciated their efforts in making our last night in Adelaide much more comfortable.

Well situated for the airport - you can walk directly through to the terminal without even going outside. Rooms were fairly simple but clean and comfortable. Decent food options, at sensible prices for an airport hotel.

Last resort, only option

As usual the hotel doesn't even consider older people with mobility issues. You have to stand to check in and check out and peer over a high counter if you want to ask a question. Self check in via screens is not friendly. There is no help to the room with bags and wheeling bags over carpet with traction is very difficult for older people. I hate this hotel to be honest but it is the only option at the airport and I never eat there anymore after more than one case of an upset tummy. I bring my own food and only stay by necessity prior to an early flight.

The room is spacious but the cleanliness needs to be improved. The room carpet is not so clean and yet the hotel does provide slippers even when I request for it. The bathroom shower head is too high and not removable. The hotel location is convenient as it is next to the airport.

after 40hrs of flights and travel it was a much needed rest. the room was clean and tidy, bed was nice and comfortable. check in was easy and staff friendly and helpful. however being charged extra for services due to being a Sunday is ridiculous, considering in today's market where a 5 day week is nearly obsolete. I found this extra charge more of a con, especially with the price already paid for the room. yes street walk-ins for services should maybe charged, but hotel guests being charged extra is wrong.
