The hotel was conveniently located within the historic district, walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. I was satisfied with the amenities and service at the hotel. The room was adequate for what you pay for, certainly nothing fancy. My only complaint is that they lack a fan in the bathroom for ventilation.

The staff was wonderful. Saul was very helpful each time I needed help. His attitude was excellent. With the language barrier, he helped me directions and ordering a shared ride. Another staffer (Eve or Evelyn??; can’t remember the exact name). She helped me check in and answered all my questions with a very positive attitude. The place was clean and well equipped. Pool was not working, Coffee Maker in room not working, I asked for quiet room and was put in second floor facing the street - extremely loud at night was not able to get a good night sleep, AC makes a noise as well , overall property is nice but I prefer staying somewhere else in the future

We really enjoyed our 5-day stay here, the hotel is centrally, located to many of the tourist attractions. I got upgraded and had access to the business lounge where they had breakfast and evening snacks which we really enjoyed. Also fell safe while walking in the night around the hotel area.
