Book Wood River hotels

The sites we wanted to see were all within 10 miles of the hotel which was very convenient.

I loved the location of the hotel to everything wanted to see.

Great gym and pool, fun atmosphere on main level

The staff were great and I would stay again for sure . The beds were very comfy

Close to airport, has shuttle

I enjoyed my 3 night stay at this property. Their breakfast and happy hour were amazing and they are a well oiled machine! They were never out of anything and worked the room like no other. There was one staff that was difficult and almost insulting, to a certain level. I believe her name was Bethany(?) She worked the front desk and my interaction with her was difficult. She was not nice and almost insulting. She gave excuses for things and outright lied to me. I told of a maintenance issue and said to take care of it after I departed. It was not an emergency, but a nuisance. I got back to my room and there was a note saying the repair was completed. Subsequently, she mentioned to a family memeber she was looking for me. I went to the desk and thanked for the quick service and she said it did not get completed. He tried, but we werent there and they wouldn't enter our room. The card specifically said the repair was done. Additionally, I had 2 rooms for 3 nights and had to re-check into one of them for an additional day and she borderline accused me of needing to still pay for parking. I advised that all 3 days were paid for on other room and instead of saying "let me check," she said Hmmm, I can take a look, but don't know if that sounds right. What? I paid a decent amount for 2 rooms for 3 nights and I am going to try to finesse a $26 charge? Lastly, 2 rooms for 3 nights and they were positioned on different floors. Disappointing!
