Book Grafton hotels

I think it may have recently changed ownership. This property needs a lot of work, they try but seem to be lacking customer service skills. Room was clean and basic, on the third floor, after getting our belongings to our room we went for dinner. Came back and the elevator is broken. Today had to use the stairs to get our belongings back to our vehicle. I know this is our of their control but an offer of assistance would have gone a long way.

The breakfast is the same EVERYDAY, and the only meat is the pork sausage. I wish you offered other meat options

No staff for house keeping ,requested room to be cleaned never happened , no dry towels for 2 days for rooms ,no towel for pool ,one front desk worker during high volume weekend ,no tissue for one day , took 30 mins to check in ,no one ever answers the front desk phone i would like to request a refund an i did take video of the situation

My stay was really good, better than expected. The staff member that checked me in was great. The room was very clean with the exception of a little dust. My only issue with the room was the shower drain was very slow, so I had to stand in a water as if I was taking a sit down bath. Outside of that, stay was great.

The day I arrived I clearly showed I rented 2 separate rooms. Manager couldnt hlep me fix issue. I called hotel.com to fix problem. The agent kept calling front desk and they wouldnt answer. I tried to put the manager on the phone from my cell but manager denied. And told the agent to call the front desk. But hell they wouldnt answer it. I went to sit in the car till the agent finally spoke to them. Took 1 1/2 to resolve. Room had a big hole in the bed skirt. The bathroom shower knob pulls off. Shower handle didnt work. They came to clean room took all the towels and didnt replace. Worst experience I have ever had. Next time ill go down the road and pay them $788.00.
