Property is old and run down, walls are dirty tub won’t drain properly. Carpet in halls stained and smell musty. Packing up to leave and saw a roach run across the floor. Felt very uncomfortable and did not rest well at all.

It was a bad odor on the 4th floor. My key did not work the two times I was given a key to my first room. Then was moved to another floor. Breakfast was ok no options of milk. Nice idea for cool water just make sure the dispenser is being cleaned properly

My keys did not work for my room. Had to get new keys multiple times and was told just to “shake” the key in the door to get it to work…? Also people cleaning the room near me at 8 pm with a vacuum when I had a 4:30 am alarm set to take my medical school boards exam the next morning. Wouldn’t stay here again honestly.

Initially tried to book over the phone and was hung up on for whatever reason for a 30 sec phone call asking for room availability. So, booked online. No indication at check in on WiFi availability or instructions in the room. The tv didn’t work properly. Very janky. The tub faucet leaked after each usage. Went to stretch in the bathroom & the ceiling came down on me. Literally. One of the side doors did not work properly which was a huge inconvenience if you have small children. On a positive note, breakfast was okay, but whoever was over it in the mornings did poorly on making sure everything was filled. Well lit up around the hotel.

Repeat Love of this Hotel

We absolutely LOVE stayinf at this location when we visit the St. Louis area. This is our 3rd stay here and love the staff, bed is super comfortable, and it is quiet. Breakfast is good, too!

Convenient to get to and from the highway. Unfortunately, the walls and floors are not very sound proof. When your neighbor uses the restroom or is running water and using the sink or shower, it sounds like they are 4 feet away from you. I appreciate the staff because they are very friendly but this location definitely needs a lot of renovation.
