My first room, smelled like mold, under the cushions on the couch was dirty, with food crumps and wrappers, and the side tables were dusty. So l asked for a new room. I was given a new room, which was just OK, comparatively. The next morning, l open the coffee maker to make myself a cup of coffee, only to find vomit in the coffee maker. I didn’t feel like moving again, just asked for a new coffee maker. But l stayed in there upset, traumatized and disgusted.

Everything was beautiful the food at the restaurant was great very nice room. However the bed was horrible did not get any sleep at all change your beds.

The stay would have been nice but there was a few turnoffs for me...I feel like for the price of the room they should at least provide a microwave and mini fridge for you to be able to bring back food without having to throw it away. The carpets, furniture, blanket on bed and baseboards were dirty. I feel as if a little bit more attention can be given to the upkeep of the room. Even the remote control to the TV was crusty. I requested new sheets and I wiped down things with Clorox wipes I always travel with so I can deal with most of that. Last I want to point out that the hallways on my floor smelled like weed. Other than those issues, the hotel is beautiful, the pool was nice, the staff was nice. Those were the pluses.

The hotel could not find my reservation with Expedia. Then, I went the Expedia website to get help through the virtual agent who was also unable to locate my reservation. Since I landed after midnight and needed a room immediately, I ended up paying for the room myself in addition to paying Expedia for the room. There needs to be a hotline to call Expedia on these situations. I now will have to spend hours getting this situation resolved.
