The front desk staff that helped me when I arrived is absolutely amazing. Staff at the restaurant for breakfast especially Latesha and the guy who was helping bus the tables were awesome. So kind and welcoming. Breakfast is awesome! Hotel is a little outdated but not anything that bothered me at all. It’s well kept and we enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect cause a variety of restaurants were within walking distance and the atmosphere was very welcoming

This was my third time to stay at this property. Overall, this is a very nice location in the room rooms are spacious and clean, and I feel safe and taking care of when I stay here. There was just one staff member that was a little bit rude and not very welcoming and just didn’t seem at all friendly for some reason on the phone and in person she almost makes me not want to stay there again, even though I am impressed and like staying there.

The hotel was clean. The check in process was horrible. Our reservation could not be found, then there were issues running a card for incidentals (despite pre-paying online). After waiting 45 minutes, we finally left to get dinner and came back later to check in. There was only 1 staff member on duty and probably 8 people waiting to check in. No one else was able to solve the problem.

Curtains were covered in dirt and had a towel with stains
