Staff was great, hotel us very clean. The rooms were nice and clean. Need a TV guide, because you had guess on the channels. The AC when you controled it and lowered the temp it turned off. Overall I rate 8/10 and I will be staying here whenI come to visit my child at TECH

Both staff members at the front desk were extremely kind. We didn't realize we only had 2 towels, so between the three of us on the reservation, we had to share them because we had already showered. My son is little so it was ok, but just wish I would have checked that. One of the hand towles also looked like it was stained or had something on it, so we didn't touch that one. The room was very nice. But, the alarm started going off at 6am and woke us all up. So that was frustrating. Breakfast was cold and there was not a great selection. The member taking care of the breakfast was very rude and told everyone she was putting it all away at 9:15, so we "better hurry", even though breakfast was until 9:30. She also spoke very disrespectfully to other guests that were getting food and wouldn't resupply any of the biscuits. Overall, we enjoyed the stay, but we wouldn't stay again.

Arrived after a very long travel day, 10 hours+, we (myself, wife and two kids) wanted to take a dip in the pool. Asked the associate at the desk about the hours and location of said pool. Changed and excitedly ran down to find a disgustingly scummy still water bacteria pond waiting. No apologies because the rest of our stay there was not a staff member available at the desk to speak to.
