The room was very spacious and generally in a good condition. But there were two issues: one was that the ventilation outlet in the bathroom was always on making noises and we couldn't find the switch to turn it off; the other was the window curtain was broken and it couldn't darken the room.

Came in around eight at night and there were no luggage carts available as they had been put away. We are an older couple and had been driving all day. We were tired and it would have been really helpful to be able to use a cart. Instead we had to carry everything up to our room. The shower was a nice walk-in however tracks of the glass doors had dirt in and the shower looked like it had either pink mold or rust. Didn’t get close enough to find out. Other than these two items the place was nice and breakfast was tasty. Loved the fire ring outside. Staff were nice.

This was a terrible stay. The hotel is disgustingly dusty. The floors are disgusting. Our room had no towels except for the dirty towels that were left in our room that had blood all over them. The elevator was broken so we had to lug all our luggage up the stairs. There was no water. The vending machine was out of water completely. The bathroom light was broken and flickered terribly anytime you turned the light on. The sink faucet was covered in grime from the water and barely any water came out. I wouldn’t stay here again if I was paid to. If 0 stars were possible that is the rating I would give.

The room was disgusting. We kept finding random hair all over the room along with a lot of dead cockroaches. Our last night my daughter killed a huge cockroach in the bathroom. This place has really gone down hill.
