Room was not clean. You could tell there was sticky stuff in the couch that wasn’t cleaned. The restroom was dirty. The shower walls still had old shampoo residue, the cabinet was dusty and the towels weren’t folded correctly. The bed had some hairs on it, the carpet wasn’t vacuumed.

When I arrived at the hotel there was still trash in the room, someone’s razor and used soap in the shower, and trash under the sofa. Aside from that the AC didn’t work and a worker said they would come take a look and never showed.

I was not able to arrive and check in because of DFW being closed down. I call the number given to me to cancel and whomever answered was extremely rude. I asked him to repeat a phone number and he gave me a 30 second silence than repeteated to to me as if i were a deaf kindergardner. Slowly one number at a time, asking me if i heard it, then number two....." do those need to be repeated" then number three "am i going to quickly" . Just a complet jerk. Wish i could give more information as to who this was. Mabe you can track it and review. I dont think you will want him to be working for you.

The deadbolt in my room was broken. The pool was filthy. The cleaning staff didn’t clean my room properly. The dryer sheet dispenser stole my money. Washers and dryers were filthy
