Rooms just need to be better cleaned, bathroom still had hair in the tub and on the floor, sink hadn't been cleaned. The worst part the smell of cigarettes and marijuana was so strong on the 2nd floor and our room we had to use room spray and crack the balcony door. Breakfast no juices, no waffles, it was around 7 and stuff was barely being put out . love the location of this hotel just needs to be cleaned better.

The hotel is in serious need of deep cleaning and renovations. My room was dirty. Carpet was not vacuumed curtains were stained. Bathroom was full of hair and the towels and shower curtain were also stained. The breakfast lacked everything. No waffle batter, no juice and dirty seats. There was a crack pipe in the parking lot.

If you’re looking for something cheap, I would recommend this hotel. Otherwise, I wouldn’t. This hotel looks very nice but it’s so dirty. The hotel has carpet and it looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed. Our room was so nasty. It smells. And there were so much crumbs and stuff on the floor. They came to clean our room one day outta the 2 days that we were there. They made the bed one day. Our TV didn’t work, which was horrible when you have kids and you need to keep them busy. The breakfast was okay. I think hotels are just getting cheaper and stingy with items for breakfast. Im starting to see hotels are not even worth free breakfast. Sometimes Airbnb’s are the better choice. Also, this hotel has a huge humidity problem. You can see throughout the hotel that has leaks, it’s moist inside, our towels felt wet when we would shower. I’ll probably spend more money next time on a nicer, and cleaner hotel.

The bathroom had no working shower. We were told while checking out, we could've reached up inside the faucet for a hook to pull (???) however my husband did all that and found nothing. There were no instructions anywhere to let him know what to do.

You get what you pay for! I was impressed with the price and rating but our room did not deserve an 8.4 rating. While updated, the bathroom had water damage from floor to ceiling behind the toilet with bubbling and pealing of wall paper from top to bottom and the floor grout had rusty water stains behind the toilet along nearly the entire wall. There was a dirt clod on the floor from someones boot or shoe, and a spring from a ballpoint pen by the chair leg. Pretty obvious that the room had not been vacuumed in a while. Breakfast buffet had a waffle iron with filthy dough dispenser, one bagle, no biscuits (but there was gravy), eggs were out but there were potatoes and sausage. Room had coffee but no creamer or sugar.

Everyday their breakfast ended whenever they ran out of food. Even if breakfast time wasnt over they refused to refill anything so all guest could eat. The room was extremely hot and the curtains dont close all the way so your hit directly in the face by the sun ever morning which really sucked. When I called I was told they didnt have a room for 6 but when I arrived I was told they did but I couldn't changed rooms because I booked through a 3rd party which they had suggested themselves saying it would be cheaper. Oh and they dont have an elevator but there are multiple floors so theres that too. If they give you a second floor room your walking up 2 flights of stairs with luggage.

My son played down and there were coins in the bedding. Breakfast looked nasty, greasy and the whole kitchen looked dirty. Coildnt even get a spoon, they were out. We walked out and checked out at this point

Room was clean and check in was fine. The night staff isn't responsive at all - went to front desk to request 2 hand towels and shampoo for a King suite accommodation. The girl at front desk said she only had one and would send an extra to the room. I am still waiting for the towel/shampoo. Hoping service is better after Hilton takes over and does renovation.

We had reserved a suite with two beds. First they put us in a suite with one king bed for 4 people. Then after over 45 minutes in the middle of the night they finally moved rooms, but to a hotel that was not a suite and refused to refund us the difference or do anything to make the situation right. There are also no elevators and the stairs are carpeted and smell like pee.
