Good breakfast, most of the staff were great, balcony & pool view is nice. Non chain like charm of the hotel is refreshing. Disliked the lack of ease and convenience of booking/extending stay & the communication between staff. Room wasn’t cleaned or refreshed during my stay, issues with plumbing, one of the night front desk women was sweet but the other women rude and wrong, lack of understanding.

It was terrible. The room was dirty. The toilet had poop on the toilet seat. They moved us to another room and the room wreaked of smoke. The carpet in front of the sink had whit studs o. It that looked like mucous or semen. The sink was dirty. So went to front desk and told them we were leaving. So I called hotels.com about a refund. We had to go elsewhere!

Don’t stay here

Very loud. Drug addicts walking all around hotel all night long. Drug addicts walking through hallways without their dogs on leashes and barefoot all night making loud noises. Was not a comfortable place to stay at all.

My keypad to my room wasn't working the whole I stayed there. It was getting annoying going up to the front to let me in my room just use my bathroom. The check in lady's were great helped me with everything I needed!

For the price, this property did well. It is dated - an update is necessary. There were knats that just wouldn't go away. You could tell the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, but nothing that killed me. I did appreciate the fact the suite was large enough to accommodate our needs. Beds were also comfortable. I do think if you're going to have 2 of each eating utensil, you should have the same amount of plates and bowls. There was only one of each.

There wasn't anything I liked about the property... The internet was spotty, the bed was super uncomfortable, the room smelled, the shower handle didn't work correctly... I had to switch to another room, and in the other room the AC didn't work that great either... Overall it was a bad experience. I should get a refund
