The room I had was perfect. So clean and up to date. I loved how the room was set up, it wasn’t huge but how they set it up was very convenient. Check-in and checkout was easy. The staff were friendly and accommodating when I asked for a king instead of 2 queens due to me being on my own. The only thing was there was no top latch for extra security. It looked like it had been broken off, other than that it was awesome!

There were dirty towels hanging on the back of bathroom door. Complimentary breakfast was horrible. Coffee dispenser was empty. No coffee cups( but there was no coffee anyway). Scrambled eggs,sausage,potatoes pans were empty. People had to have waffles so there was a long line waiting to make a waffle. I finally went to front desk and asked if there was anyone working to refit everything. Front desk attendant went and found the person working and finally started refilling everything. Took awhile to do it. The Hampton itself was very good. Room was very nice except for dirty towels that were left in the room. Nice amenities staff were great. We definitely will stay there again despite other bad experiences.

None of the ice machines worked on any floor. Room service didn’t change towels or clean the room on the 2nd day like it said. We asked them for fresh towels and they wanted us to bring the dirty ones down 😅 the reception never answered the phone

Check-in with Renee was great, she was very welcoming. The rooms are where we had issues. They didn’t look clean, the fridge was left open, and there was hair in the shower. The real problem was the beds, the mattresses had pee stains and I don’t want to know what other stains on them. We only found this out by setting up the couch bed for our kids, that mattress had a huge pee stain. We looked at our mattress and it was the same nightmare. We were offered another room and those mattresses had stains on them too!!! They were no other rooms available but I wouldn’t want to see what those mattresses looked like. We bunkered down in our original room but requested more sheets to cover those awful mattresses. Breakfast was okay, no cream cheese for bagels is absurd and no yogurt either. Through it all, Renee was very helpful and accommodating. With that said, I wouldn’t stay at another Hampton inn.

Room was spotless and super comfortable, as were the beds and climate control. Friendly desk service and better than average breakfast bar. Only drawback was road noise from nearby highway, which is a common complaint. Otherwise quite a nice stay for a reasonable price.
