Beautiful hotel at a beautiful location near Texas Tech University. The young lady at the desk, I didn’t get her name, was absolutely sweet! Very professional and pleasant. Breakfast was excellent! Loved what they served! Definitely will go back!

Great place to stay in Lubbock. Close to Texas Tech with lots of restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and professional. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Would stay again if my daughters decide to go to Texas Tech.

Overbooked? Why is that my problem.

We had a reservation for months. The day we were to arrive I got a call letting me know the hotel couldn’t honor my reservation because they overbooked. How was that my problem when I booked months In advance? Hotels.com couldn’t do anything about it. Had to call the hotel and they accommodated me to a smaller bedroom and said I would get a refund (which I didn’t get by the way) My small rooms couch had a stain that hadn’t been cleaned and popcor around it. Overall the hotel is a nice one and it’s walking distance to Texas Tech Campus

Friendly staff. Very Clean. Breakfast was good. Since our evening plans were messed up by tornado warnings and severe thunderstorms, we purchased salads from the bar for a late dinner. They were unexpectedly tasty and filling. Will likely stay here again.
