Beware- old!

This hotel is very outdated and my room was not clean. The flooring was coming up in bathroom and nasty smelly carpet. we found a used bloody bandaid on the door. The price of this hotel is way too much for the quality. Breakfast was not good either. Will not stay here again if it were free!

We stayed 2 nights and it was excellent. The free continental breakfast goes above and beyond what you normally find, the omelet bar was delicious. We went to a venue for a concert and they have a shuttle service and will drop you off and pick you up at any time of the night. We will definitely be staying here again for our concerts in Lubbock.

While I did like the staff 2 ladies that checked us in, it’s not enough for us to book again at this location. Bathtub drain did not work, toilet took forever flushing, and bedding had a weird smell.

The staff was very nice. The room smelled funny, the bathroom did not look clean, and the bathroom sink was stopped up. Staff did have maintenance come and fix it pretty quickly though. The air conditioner wasn’t working, It was so hot I couldn’t even sleep. I was hoping for a much better experience. I did enjoy the breakfast bar and the omlet that the friendly and wonderful chef made. She was very kind and the omlet was amazing.
