Great budget friendly hotel in West Kelowna close to all wine tasting bars in the vineyards. The staff were fabulous with great customer service that we have not experienced in years. Self help breakfast was highlighted with a waffle maker that will keep you eating more than you should.

The customer service was strong - friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast included was helpful - not fancy but did the job. For a short stay, we were very happy all around.

We had 3 people in the room,but couldn’t get towels for the 3 rd person.We complained on the 3rd day as garbage was still full,room was never tidied up before that,made the excuse that we must have been sleeping,we were there for a bereavement,we left early each day.The continental breakfast was always empty,hardly ever had coffee.No staff to oversee it.The evening maid had a large husky dog that kept jumping up at us as we were on the stairs and was told we should be happy it was trying to kiss us.The whole time there was totally unsatisfactory.Wouldn’t recommend it.

Staff were good .Breakfast was average. Grounds outside were dirty . Lots of garbage left around . Tall uncut grass and weeds outside our ground floor window. They did cut it but only on our last day. Front desk was quick and helpful.

Good - The pool and the mini fridge. Bad - People with mobility issues cannot get to the second floor. The second floor has the dinning area for the included breakfast. Very limited choices. Muffins were stale. We were so exhausted and in pain after climbing the stairs to get to breakfast we did not bother to do it again. The second floor is the only floor with king size beds. Many monthly residents. Nothing is within walking distance. You must drive to any decent eating places. The towels are tiny. The beds are mediocre with small pillows that are inadequate. Not up to par with other Super8's. There was no suitcase racks and no iron etc. Very bare.
