Perfect for a one night stay close to the airport. Room was clean and spacious, staff were courteous and professional. Check in and out was quick and efficient. Dinner in the restaurant was good too. Sure, the room and facilities are pretty dated.. but also quite nostalgic. Only negatives were the noise from a person above us stomping around in their room at night and the mould/dark growth on the ceiling (in the corner) of the bathroom which needs some attention. Would definitely stay again though.

As others have said the staff are very friendly and helpful whilst the hotel is definitely showing its age. It was perfect for us as we had a short transit in and out of wellington airport - the free pick up and drop off was excellent.

Motel is tired and older, but very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The option of free shuttle to and from the airport is great, as is the 5 days free parking offered.

Room was good. Reception was not helpful I wanted a late check out due to my late flight but Jo said, "this was not possible." Directions to the concert I was in Wellington Waitangi park. Google maped let me know it was 16 minutes away but that was via vehicle not walking. Asked again for alate check out they could give me 1 and half hours extra but it was going to cost $35.00.

The staff were professional and very friendly. Everything was fine except I must be a light sleeper because I could hear from one snoring, through the walls. I would definitely come back on another visit to Wellington.

We didn't get to stay, due to flight getting sent to auckland. Would be nice to get some of the money back for the 2 rooms we didnt get to use. I understand cancellation fees etc. But when its totally out of our control and we ended up sleeping on the floor of auckland airport. Things l Iike this should be allowed for.

This motel is convenient if you are just overnight for a flight, and they have a free shuttle which is helpful. While the room was clean and the linens fresh, the hotel overall is in serious need of renovation.
