I liked that my room was bright with the lights on, not dim like so many are nowdays. The bed was maybe a little firm, but still good. I also liked the room in the bathroom.

The motel was generally good .. they try to take care of detail to make it comfortable. However the bed mattresses are old and very very uncomfortable and the breakfast room is too small for the guests numbers however they provide good variety of food items

When we called to give a card for pre-auth, all three rooms were charged, not pre authorized, to one card so if you’re travelling in a group, be prepared for that. I don’t feel that it was worth the $142 we paid for one night. Beds are extremely hard and old & the rooms have a strong, musty odour. On the plus side, the AC works & breakfast was good.

The house were absolutely amazing however with the air in our reservation, we ended up with one bed and four adults two of which had to sleep on the floor, and the other two had to share a bed. All things considered the The house were very accommodatable and did the best they could. I’m not happy with Expedia.

I requested a ground floor suite, no working air conditioning. Horrible property for over $170 per night. Absolutely disgusting, very misleading and very dissatisfied with Expedia

Very kind staff and nice to support local. The rooms/furniture are old but there is no issue with that as everything is clean and working. Bed was quite comfortable too. We chose this location due to convenience, not looking for anything super fancy or expensive. If you’re looking somewhere cheap to stay while visiting Waterton I highly recommend here! They prepared a nice breakfast every morning to grab a quick bite when on the go, and maintained the rooms well.

This is an older hotel. The room has a kitchen which is useful. We used the guest laundry. The carpet in the room was old and dirty. The room was noisy with many guests.
