A rustic lodge. The outside (i.e. outside deck) could use some work but the interior rooms were in reasonable shape with newer beds. Fairly good value for the price paid.

Good stay, excellent for the price

I arrived and check in was seamless. The room was nice. I was in room 14. I don't know if this happens often but a couple deer woke me up by pawing at the door... Kinda funny but also a little annoying.

Location was great enjoyed the rustic atmosphere unfortunately a few things in the room were lacking. The sink in bathroom had a slow drain. The kitchen had hair clumps in it and floor was dirty. Our socks are proof of that. It just needs a little TLC. We enjoy it otherwise. Quaint and cute😊😊

For the overall is good, but the restaurant's service is terrible. not only waiting time is very long, but also wait to pay bill for long time because the server was chatting with other customers

Cute little place. Exterior is old and could use some updating but the rooms are cozy and clean. Nice little touches like in room coffee, tea, microwave, fridge etc. Rooms can be quite hot as there is no air conditioning. There is a ceiling fan and table fan provided.

This place was quaint and rustic. Definitely older, no tv in the room, but overall clean. I'd stay here again. You do hear some noise from other rooms, as expected in an old building like that. There was coffee/tea and fresh cookies provided. I'd stay here again if I'm looking for the best value. It's also incredibly close to everything. The sister lodge is across the street and has a nice pub and restaurant you can visit. Visiting in off season (April). Really great way to visit the town, keep in mind everything was closed. 2 food options, and lots of little hikes nearby. Will come back in the summer during busy season!
