We had a really nice stay overall at our cabin in Prescott. The cabin itself was clean, cozy, and matched the listing well. Everything inside was comfortable and well kept, and the location made it easy to enjoy the area.The only downside was that it wasn’t quite as private or secluded as we had expected from the description and photos. We were hoping for a little more distance from neighbors and a more tucked-away feel. That said, everything else met our expectations and we still had a great experience.If you’re looking for a comfortable cabin stay with good amenities and a nice atmosphere, this is still a solid choice.

The room was very large and comfortable, however it was dated and it needed painting and repairs. A picture was missing from the wall with a nail left. Breakfast was ok. except for a banana nut bread they serve every morning that is excellent!! Also, they have a coffee machine that makes the specialty coffees.

We had a wonderful time and all staff were friendly and helpful. We have stayed here a few times now.

Excellent 99 year old historic hotel with a friendly staff. We had an amazing dinner at the hotel’s Peacock restaurant & returned for a perfectly prepared breakfast. The room was spacious with 2 televisions, desk, table with 2 chairs, leather couch in the sunroom & a very comfortable bed. Definitely 5 stars.

It was a very nice Mothers Day weekend for my wife and I. We were given a 2FL room facing east with gorgeous sunrise views from the balcony. The room was quiet, clean, and with a comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is easy to get to. Breakfast was great. We are very glad we choose Forest Villas for our stay.

Place has the necessities. There isn’t a lot of room For more that one group to use the jacuzzi, the tv in the room kept going to ‘no signal’ and when working, the local channels never worked. Breakfast was ok, there could be more hot fresh food options. The bathroom was small and the curtain rod was coming off of the wall and the beds easily moved exposing the metal bed frames. It wasn’t a great stay but wasn’t horrible.
