Pet friendly accommodation in Rio Vista

Lovely pool with waterfalls, cold water though. Spa experience was very good! Highly recommended massage. Our room looked pretty dated. The dresser drawer literally wouldn't close. Don't bother paying for a poolside. We were down a hall with 0 view front or back. Talked to resort host, they offered 0. Bar/Restaurant nice. It was super busy, but still great service, especially by older gentleman bartender.

Spent 3 days there and staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Pool was a bit smaller then pictured but did the job of cooling us off with temps in 100’s. Second day pool was cloudy and passed on a splash. Location is convenient and a jump on 101 Loop can take you quickly to surrounding cities. Never heard loud hallway noises or upper floor noise. Even with traveling youth sports teams around us. Breakfast buffet was excellent with many options. Staff constantly replenished food and kept the area wiped down and clean. Saw 4 dogs at different times during my stay. Must have designated rooms. Never knew they were there. Highly recommend for destination spot or traveling through. Btw , Olive and Ivy restaurant BEST meal I’ve had in Arizona. Excellent service as well.

Dirty room. Cigarette and marijuana smell in room. People roaming and staring. Not safe.

The staff was great but my Expedia reservation somehow didn’t get thru to the Hotel. I had made the reservation in December as the price was reasonable. Upon trying to check in the hotel claimed it wasn’t in the system. The employee was trying his best to figure it out but the manager said it was my responsibility to contact Expedia myself. I ended up staying at their current price which was double the Dec pricing and the place is a dump.

Everything was wonderful, room cleaned, towels cleaned shop nearby
