Nice resort but…

We were greeted with kindness and they really took care of our needs, answered our questions great job front desk. When we got into our room and when we pulled back in the comforter we notice long black hairs we felt uncomfortable that the sheets weren’t changed. Other than that the food at the bar was excellent and the bartender as amazing!!

Karin was above and BEYOND FANTASTIC. We will be back just because of Karin’s excellent customer service. Not to mention Noah at the restaurant was super friendly and accommodating. This was the most friendly and knowledgeable hotel staff I have dealt with...down to knowledge of the fauna in the artwork around the lobby. The free buffet dinner, drinks, and full breakfast make this the best deal going. It was actually so nice we went ahead and booked a second night since we are already here!
