Very well maintained historic property with friendly, helpful staff, excellent bistro and lounge. Right on Whiskey Row with easy walk to Old Town Prescott attractions like the Sharlot Hall Museum complex.

Night on Whisky Row

Reception was very helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed discounted drinks in the lobby bar. The bistro had a great breakfast and we were able to purchase at reception a $30 voucher for $50’s worth of food. It was a Tuesday night and it was quiet. Apparently on the weekend it can get very noisy and hard to sleep due to loud music. We were aware ahead of time but the elevator wasn’t working.

Great classic hotel, friendly staff, Bistro food is a treat.Only drawback was the elevator was out of service however the front desk offered to have someone help carnage up and down the stairs.

No heat was not good during a snow storm. We were finally given a space heater which was noisy. The one window rattled in the wind letting in more cold air, no way to securely close it. The elevator was not working. The tv worked intermittently, mostly not. If they try and give you room 332 RUN!
