The room was fine, had a nice ocean view. The parking garage is horrible to navigate and our door to our room had a giant gap in the frame that wasn’t addressed.

Everything was great service was very helpful .

Great staff very friendly

The staff was very kind, helpful, and accommodating, but the property is not maintained as advertised and is aged. The first room we were in had chipped and peeling paint, the lamp was missing the cover, the bed lights were hanging by the wiring, and the bathroom door was broken, so it could’ve fallen on us since it’s a sliding door. The second room we were moved to was dirty and didn’t look like it had been cleaned. The bathroom door was also broken, there was hair in the shower, and the sheets were dirty. The elevators were dirty and the hallway carpets were also dirty.

Rooms very small

Our room was 5 star. Room smelled very clean upon entering and was spotless. Beautiful views and the elevators were very responsive. Breakfast was very good with nice selection! Only complaint was the valet parking. Having to wait for our vehicle when we were ready to leave or sitting in the street waiting to be able to pull in wasnt what we were expecting.
