The staff were very kind. I was down there for a personal family event and Tati the young lady from overnight was truly amazing. She checked in with me everytime she saw me Just to check in and makes sure I was okay. One of my favorite spots. It truly is.

This is our second year staying with the Hyatt Place. & it’s always been an amazing experience. The staff is so so nice, they only charge a $30 deposit instead of $100 like usual hotels, vallet is so efficient, the view is stunning, rooms are always clean, mini pool is so cute & it’s heated!! Free breakfast is great, but the one negative thing I will say is the breakfast is not good. They need to step it up in the kitchen because everything tastes stale & the people trained to work the front desk are not trained to make Starbucks, other than that this hotel is perfect. We will continue to stay here & pray the breakfast & baristas get better ! lol

Breakfast , Starbucks coffee at the hotel . Has to have all feather bedding removed from the room. House keeping was very nice about it . Wonderful shower and large bathroom. Nice balcony. Did not like the room coffee maker. The pool was a joke ! It wasn’t big enough for a toddler to swim in.

The room was amazing! Very happy with it. The free breakfasts were not good at all. Highly processed everything .Eggs weren’t real…powdered maybe? Turkey bacon like cardboard, waffles did not taste lie waffles. Etc.
