I enjoyed my stay. If you are traveling alone the security measures are great. 24/7 valet parking, key card required to use elevators, and also to enter the back entrance. Everything was amazing!

We really enjoyed the stay. The hotel was very clean, modern, and overall welcoming. The oceanfront view, waking up to the sunrise, it was simply beautiful. After walking down the boardwalk this hotel stood out, we would definitely stay here again.

Everything was excellent until we attended the complimentary breakfast where a female staff member was extremely rude and then verbally aggressive. She snatched items yelled at patrons for not putting utensils exactly where she felt they should go. She hovered over breakfast and before my husband and I could leave she was verbally aggressive and yelled at me for not putting my plate in the proper place in front of other patrons enjoying breakfast. It was so embarrassing. May choose another location next time just based on this. It was my husbands birthday I paid for a suite only for this to ruin it. Everything else from valet the front desk the room even the smell was excellent.

Hyatt is the place to stay

Beautiful friendly place to stay.Would definitely recommend . Staff were awesome. Only recommendation parking should be free for such a luxurious hotel or one standard small fee not 11 per day for valet parking as well as a tip for the valet driver. Just a suggestion. Beachfront views in the morning from our suite were beautiful. Very helpful staff. Gentleman that was working the breakfast buffet was so nice. Incredible off season rate for the room. Suggestion would be to add sliding screen doors to the balcony so you could really enjoy the views and hear the ocean.
