Everything was very clean, the lobby, our suite, the balcony and dining area. Breakfast was very nice, and I had few laughs with other guests learning to use the “fancy” coffee machine. The breakfast crew was very helpful and friendly. Something to work on would be giving recommendations to the guest. We were looking for somewhere to have dinner and asked the woman behind the front desk for suggestions. She really didn’t know much about the area. But, she knew of one spot so we tried it and it was very good. Also, as we were checking out, the maintenance crew was on ladders changing the air filters. Oh my goodness! That thing was so so dirty. And I know air filters, as I work for an air filter company. That filter was disgusting. Though the building was very clean and tidy, we saw lots of cracks in the walls of our room. Seems to be in need of repair. All in all, we had a pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. We will use it again.

Totally impressed with our first stay at Coastal. Had an 8th floor Oceanfront room. Called in the morning for an early check in was met with a friendly woman who said she’d contact housekeeping to get a room ready for us. Check inn was a breeze by another front desk woman. Everyone employee in the hotel had a hello with a smile. Had a clogged sink and a remote that didn’t work when we checked our room and someone was sent up to solve the problem within 5 minutes and solved them in 3 minutes. Everyone at breakfast had a smile and a hello. Truly a great staff which made for a great stay.

Viewing Sunrise from balcony in our room was Awesome! Comfy beds too! Onsite parking is so convenient! Staff was Amazing, Delicious Breakfast and good variety of hot and cold foods and drinks. Awesome coffee machines and hot water and tea 24/7 in lobby were a BIG plus!!! Only complaint, the stinky chemicals in hot tub. Couldn't enjoy the hot tub because of the odor! Everything else was Great!!!

Great stay!

The views were great and the room design was particularly nice as it allowed for separate kids and parents areas. The breakfast was good and well-stocked and the pool got a lot of use! Highly recommend
