As a travelling executive, who spends most of the time in hotels, you expect cleanliness, top tier service and ease of check in/out procedures. I was takin back with the added inconvenience when asked to fill out additional paperwork for a co-worker upon arrival when checking in. Additionally, reminded multiple times verbally and various signage, requiring you to leave a parking pass on your vehicle or you will be charged.
Off-putting experience especially in such a quiet, relaxing space on the island.
When bringing this to the front desk staff, an abrupt and direct response was given.
Restaurant staff and cleaners were phenomenal, continuously greeted and attentive.
Would give 5 stars to cleaners and restaurant employees.
3/5 for front desk and policies.
