I had a lovely night at the prestige Vernon Lodge, lovely surroundings, beautiful interior both in the lobby and by the pool makes for a relaxing experience all around. Rooms were very clean and well kept, staff was absolutely wonderful from check in to check out. Will definitely be back to stay again.

The room we stayed in was old, but fine. There was lint all over the lamps, so cleanliness should be the focus. Humidity was very high making the rooms hot and suffocating.

The property is really outdated in every aspect. Booked it last minute, and was put into a room that looked like it hadnt been used in years - stuck in the furthest back corner of the Hotel looking out at a muddy slope...even though the Hotel was near empty. Front desk staff acted like I was bothering her by booking a room - not a welcoming vibe at all. I realize options are limited in Vernon, but ill stay elsewhere next time.

Bed was rock hard, hole in the ceiling of bathroom with mold around it, tv remote was covered in something brown and sticky, the noise was insane kids running around screaming through the hall ways banging on doors and running away at 8 in the morning, went there for a relaxing getaway expecting peaceful place but had to leave a night early due to noise and discomfort

Everything was perfect, except there was several kids hockey team staying there, which made the noise level unbearable since the pool was in the middle of all the hotel rooms that are built around it. If you book here, you should probably call ahead and ask if there is a kids hockey tournament going on. Oh… and the server at the restaurant was on point. If I had a restaurant I would definitely want him as an employee. (Forget his name but he was balding) Give that man a raise

I so enjoyed the pool & hottub, hadn’t been in either for a long time anywhere. The dining menu items were delicious & superb. And service from those at the front desk was kind, thoughtful & gracious. Thank you for offering such fine accommodation & dining! You deserve more than 5 stars in my view!

My family of 4 stayed at Prestige Vernon Lodge on the Easter long weekend. We all loved the pool and hot tub! We were conveniently located on the first floor, so our kids were able to run "outside" to the pool area that was inside. There is a real creek that runs through the property. That was pretty cool to see how fast and high the water was each day. There were plenty of dining options but we didn't dine there. There was always free cofee and tea in the morning until 8ish. We will return here another time, since we loved it so much.
