Very clean. Bathroom a little dated (if you care about these things) but did what it need to do and was spotless. Very comfortable huge bed. Easy access to the garden and pool. Staff were very smiley, friendly, warm and professional. Breakfast food was excellent. Didn’t eat attthe hotel although what we saw from others’ food looked and smelled really good. The beach was not great. The pool was quite deep. Overall, I’d be happy to go back again.

Fantastic staff, always smiling and very helpful and attentive. The hotel is situated in lovely grounds, very well kept. Breakfast was excellent with great variety on offer, something for everyone.

Room was clean. Staff were great. Massage in the spa was top shelf. Really nice place to stay. Property is getting a bit tired in places and just a few things about the room that could be improved but only minor cosmetic things. The El Jardín restaurant was a revelation and we couldn’t understand why it wasn’t packed. Breakfast and cafe served some of the best coffees I’ve had in Bali. Enjoyed our 2 nights here

This is the best hotel in the Kuta area. The rooms are immaculate and the service is perfection. The pool is huge and pool chairs are plentiful and well spaced. There is a great pool bar. There are lots of activities to join and live music every night. The breakfast buffet is arguably on of the best in he world. So may options. Always fresh. Lovely atmosphere. The hotel is also in a fabulous location, not right in the busy end of Kuta, but a short stroll along the boardwalk if you want to go up into the madness. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff support at the breakfast was extremely bad and indifferent. We had breakfast on two days 1st January 2026 & 2nd January, 2026. We were on T. No.33. The lady was very rude & indifferent. There was absolutely no change in menu. Despite having requested because of health issues, did not serve fresh juice. Omelette was also completely lousy. Otherwise the hotel room was excellent. Food at the beach side restaurant was also very good. The other staff was also very good and warm. BREAKFAST JUST BAD.

This hotel is big and has a beautiful pool and garden area. There is no beach and swimming in the ocean is not possible. There is a breakwater with a pedestrian walkway along the breakwater.
