Orpheus Island Lodge is accessible only via helicopter. Guests must arrange transfers (surcharge) from Townsville Airport to the property, which is 30 minutes away via helicopter. Daily scheduled helicopters transfers operated by Nautilus Aviation are subject to availability and payload restrictions. Luggage in excess of 15 kg/person (one small bag) may incur a fee and a private helicopter charter may be required.
