Great location and comfortable rooms. The rooms are small by Canadian standards. Are first room looked onto a brick wall and was extra small but staff were very helpful finding a better room. We enjoyed the lobby as well.

Stayed here to attend my son’s graduation from Univ Of Toronto. Perfectly reasonable and great proximity to Union Station. Signage was only a hanging banner so hard to see!

The hotel it's self was very clean and welcoming, the staff were friendly and helpful, the only reason for the 3 stars is they are terrible at booking... I booked a 2 bed one room and got a room with only one bed, they made up for it by giving us a second room only to walk in the room at 2am to find someone sleeping in the bed! They found us another room without someone sleeping in it and all was well but beware you might have a visit like mine. We still had fun tho!

Fantastic location if you want to take the train to and from the airport. We stayed here because of the area and its convenience to the baseball park, hockey hall of fame, the distillery district and all the attractions downtown. The hotel itself was very nice and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
