The last time I stayed at the Westin was 40 years ago on my wedding anniversary. The hotel is beautiful, the beds amazing, the staff excellent. The exterior of the hotel (outdoor vehicle drop-off and stairs to street level) seemed worn down, and could do with some brightening up.

Housekeeping staff were great. Bell hops were the friendliest and most helpful. Perfect location only a short walk to CN tower annd Rogers centre. Can stand at the room window looking at the lake view forever. Don Alfonso restaurant was lovely. We will stay here again.

Loved the hotel's amenities, including its extensive and fresh breakfast buffet. Also, the indoor pool and whirlpool were great features as well. Hotel is in a great location, close to most of the major attractions in the city. Definitely will stay there again the next time I'm in Toronto!

This place was very conveniently located for all the things we did in Toronto proper. Super walkable, quiet and clean. The two bedroom room was slightly cramped with two teenagers, but since we spent most of our time doing activities, it worked out fine.
