Room is very noisy on the third floor. There was even another woman from one of next doors banging on the wide window yelling at people on the street to shush their mouth at 2am! I totally have to agree with her. Asked for a room change the next day. Told me I would be relocated to the 6th floor while I was out strolling around the city. When I came back I was relocated to the fourth floor with…BROKEN WARDROBE, BROKEN BATHROOM KNOBS WITH DIRTY WALLS AND SHOWER! I cleaned things around because I didn’t want to move. TV was downgraded and it seems like the room itself was out of order and the manager decided to give me a hard time by pretending. Worst part, the window facing was next to the bar, late night bar. Even worse LOL. I think the manager has a sense of humor mocking guests. I was so furious, but the part that I had to communicate with the front desk was a disaster. They don’t speak English fluently. If the manager sees this message I hope he knows he should take guests request a bit more serious. I didnt even complain. (Big period.!)
