Overall stay was good. The staff were really lovely and couldn’t have been better. They did mention housekeeping was every other day but for my week I didn’t get visited once, then again I didn’t query. The walk into downtown is fairly easy and the beds were really comfortable, the only downside is the room did have a bit of a funky smell all week even when after trying to air it out with the window open, once again I didn’t really ask about this when I could have so is what it is. Would definitely stay again.

Nice area ,reports of tough neighberhood this is a short ways off.Very nice street. Just go the other way.

Great location for seeing Toronto. Coffee was good and the staff were very helpful. The location has easy access to mass transportation for time saving trips.I would book Pembroke again on my next visit to the great city of Toronto.

Good clean room, but the walls were thin. Cleaning staff started work before 9 am and you could hear everything. Also pigeons live on the window AC units and they were loud at night.

The rooms are renovated and fine. Slept well. It’s an older place so you hear some hallway noise. The hallways in general ( carpet) and check in area need a refresh.
