Great experience, rooms were spacious and very clean. Comfortable beds (a little soft for my personal preference) but still nice. Staff was wonderful! Easy check in and out took less than 6 minutes! I would definitely recommend and consider re visiting!

There is a phenomenal waitress at the hotel restaurant, kind, attentive to your needs. Room was clean and tidy, pool while small was well maintained. Front desk folks were polite and kind.

It was close to all amenties but street side rooms on lower floor (2nd) not great for sleeping. Building and street lights as well as street noise until 4 am kept us awake all night.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to Union Station. My 90 year old mother and I were in to see the opera and visit the ROM. We stayed one night. I am not sure what the extra $100 fee is though. In case of damage? Will it be refunded? I certainly hope so since we spent very little time in the room!!
