Great contemporary hotel. Great staff quick check-in. The rooms are very modern, very clean and well kept, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless! Great location, walking distance to lots of restaurants and just a couple of blocks away from St. Lawrence Market. The hotel's restaurant has great drinks for happy hour. Great value for your money!

I booked a standard room, and it met my expectations, it was clean and spacious. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the hotel is in a great location close to popular restaurants and Union Station, making it easy to get around the city. We didn’t need to spend much on Uber goin to and from the airpot since the UP Express is very convenient, and even our trip to Niagara was easy with FlixBus, just a 5-minute walk from Novotel. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Toronto.
