the hotel was beautiful and the staff was excellent especially the front desk and the parking attendants..A* It was a slight bit of inconvenience that there was not a coffee/tea pot in the room for the early risers and neither a microwave to assist either

Very cool part of the city. More historical vibes. Fun night life just around the corner. The gentleman at the front desk was so so kind and let me know what to do around. He also gave me some matches from the cigar factory which happened to be something I collect. Thank you! Very unique hotel.

Staff was amazing! Our cruise got in early and the staff said we could use the pool until our check in time. Then came out an hour later to tell us our room was ready! They were so nice and accommodating definately will book again!!

Hotel Haya provided a 5/5 experience even for a one night stay. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the amenities were exemplary, but best overall what a lovely room! A Corner Suite with the balcony provided just the view we needed along with plenty of space for our special night. I can't wait to come back! Thanks for the champagne too.

We had a great time. The staff was very friendly and responsive. Unfortunately our room a/c was not working properly and couldn't remove enough of the humidity in the room. Also our TV wasn't working. Although these little things were annoying because the accommodation and the staff were so nice we will come back if we are in the area and hope we get a room with functional a/c.

The hotel property was very nice overall. Location was interesting…not sure if I would stay in this area again, but the hotel itself is very nice with a lot of food options in walking distance and fun amenities.

Spent a night here during Breezy Bowl and I would definitely come back & stay again in the future. My room was clean aside from some minor stains on the accent furniture. The bed was nice and soft. I just hate when hotel sheets have a “bleach” smell to them… bathroom was beautiful and spotless. Bar downstairs had strong drinks lol didn’t get a chance to eat any food. Location was a 10/10. Stadium & my favorite food spot when I’m in Tampa “empanadas” was literally 10-15 min away. I hope my future stays are as good as my first one.
