Location was not great, shares a parking lot/ garage with multiple other hotels. Suite rooms were nicely set up, but overall was run down. Water goes super hot intermittently sitting showers, drapes are hard to move, dish washer didn't seem to work. If i could have canceled my reservation and moved to a better hotel, ai would have

Everything was excellent, Except they need to be more detailed on cleaning. Example top of the fridge,lamps and kitchen washing(or cleaning) clothes, Need to be cleaned or washed frequently. Other than that the facilities and breakfast were great.

Awesome Stay!

We will definitely stay here again! The hotel was clean and very welcoming. The rooms made you fell at home. The breakfast was great also. No issues at all. Reminder there is a $10 a day charge for parking in the parking garage but it was easy in and out and very convenient. Very safe also! The whole property was a safe, clean, and just a great place to stay!

The property was nice and clean. The amenities were nice and convenient. The area felt safe and secure. We could see the cruise ships arriving and departing which was fun. We even saw a rocket launch to space. This property is within walking distance to the cruise ports which made it very convenient. Also, coco beach is nice with shopping, restaurants, and other things to do. I highly recommend and would stay here again.
