Was treated very badly during check in and check out. Dining way over-priced for someone struggling and suffering financially. I still didn't get an explanation as to why a $14.95 charge twice. Floor I was on very noisy and I received public humiliation at the hotel desk lobby. I am very upset. I don't deserve this.

Don’t really feel the parking fee should have applied if not leaving car and paying per night. Make sense if you’re gonna leave your car and go to the airport. When booked did not say there was a parking fee room was very comfortable little bit of maintenance in the bathroom.

Pool was not in service I have to start verifying that because that’s the main reason for the night pool and hot tub. I just assume if there’s one it’s always open and since Covid I’ve probably stayed at seven different places just for the pool and hot tub and they were closed.

Check in was quick & easy. We had a great nights sleep & a great breakfast in the a.m. The person checking us in said breakfast was $17, but in the morning tge sign read $18. Everything was great.

Everything at this hotel is a top-notch experience. We have stayed here before and I’ve always been beyond impressed. You did not eat the th restaurant, but there are many great options within a five minute drive. Everything feels brand new.

The hotel was the perfect location if you are staying there to catch a flight the next morning and has a free airport shuttle. The minuses are big to me. Did not get the suite I reserved and prepaid over a month prior to the stay. Recieved a smaller room however did not receive any type of credit for paying for a larger room. Breakfast was $18 a person for the same type of free breakfast you recieve at other hotels.
