It was a quick trip for me. The renovations are great!

Amenities were closed a lot for private events. Rooms are small and very basic, overpriced.

Nothing luxurious, but a clean solid room. The same can be said of the facility. Location was a bit further of a walk to Bush Gardens than I had anticipated, but still doable - just be ready for it. I wouldn't expect a family to walk that far. Breakfast was the same, nothing fancy but very basic and decent. Quick way to get some food in you and run to the park, and certainly a money saver (it is complimentary). Staff was friendly and courteous. Pool area was very nice. Plenty of free parking. Perfectly adequate to spend a night or two (or more), unless you are looking for a luxury stay.

I was in town for work and wish I would have made the 3 hour drive home and back instead of staying here. The window coverings do nothing to block the parking lot lights from beaming into the room. The noise level all throughout the night continuing in to the early morning made sleep nonexistent. And to top it off we were placed on the 3rd floor with no working elevator.

meets the standards of a 3 star hotel. Very budget friendly. Nice property. Breakfast is included but not as appetizing as I would’ve liked. Staff is very nice and helpful. Loved the shuttle to Busch Gardens

The only negative thing that I have to say about the cleanliness is the curtain in room 210. The inside curtain looked like it had a stain of blood and makeup on it. I would suggest for them to replace the curtain in the inside and wash it with with bleach. Use oxygen peroxide for the blood stain.
