The room was amazing

Check in was very easy and the rooms were cleaned. The pool and spa were nice. The kitchen and laundry all were great.

No air con in first room. Got moved into the next door room, air con worked but room was very tired. Don’t look at the carpet, there’s a million stories in there. Toilet door busted and held together with a zip tie! In saying that, bed was comfy, bedding was clean (I checked after reading other comments), the hotel is in a great location and I was there for one night. Good cafe downstairs on the corner, woolies, bws & good choice of restaurants nearby.

The staff working for the adjacent sports club wer very unhelpful when returning to the room late at night. No directions given, forced to sign into the club even though going into the room

Renovated rooms quiet and efficient friendly staff

The room itself felt very dirty. The carpets, curtains and chair had stains in them i could.only imagin what it would.look like under a blue light. Over all though not bad, was right next to the restaurant's and the amenities were not to bad.
