Bankstown accommodation with pool

We requested some things on check in and it took 3 phone calls before they were delivered to our room. The rooms are a little tired. Room was not soundproof. Beautiful view, but the windows were dirty. We couldn't use the top floor bar as there was a private function booked.

Tv did not work moves to another room fridge and telephone not working. Pass for car park did not work had to pay

Reasonably priced, great location.

The staff was wonderful and the lounge area was interesting, comfortable and enjoyable to relax in or listen to music. I was frustrated with not having my room vacuumed, glasses not being replaced or the soap, etc.

Great location. Hotel needs updating.

The location is great, everywhere just walking distant, and room is great, staff very nice.
