When I arrived for check in the lady at the front desk was very rude,and inconsiderate of my needs for that night @the grand eastonian hotel,when I arrived to the room there was no assistance on that evening I was told when I called in about things not working in the room.She said there was no one to assist me.There was many thing’s that were wrong with the room,that this lady would not assist with during my stay.The lighting at the dining room table didn’t work.We had to eat are home cooked meal in the dark,then the toilet was not flushing properly,and the balcony outside was disgusting.Cigarette butts all over the ground,along with a dead bird out on the balcony,and not to mention,it rained that night,which led to a guest of mine going outside,and stepping into a big puddle to get her shoes,socks,and bottom of her pant legs soaking wet.I love the Grand Eastonian,and I will stay again,but it should of been a little bit more professional by the staff with considering my needs as a paying customer.Thank you

Danny at the front desk was very welcoming and accommodating when we checked in for our stay when we walked by after we checked in, he made sure he addressed us and asked us if we needed any assistance or had any questions. He was the perfect host very hospitable very warm, friendly a pleasure to deal with.
