Beware Late Check-In Policy

Beware the hotel policy on late check in. I prepaid through hotels.com and thought I had a room but after a long flight delay wasn’t able to get to the hotel until after 2:30am. They had an available room but wouldn’t let me check in or give me a refund since I was checking in after 2:30am. I had to pay for an additional room as I had few other options that late at night. Feels a little like stealing. I’ve stayed here a number of times before but will now choose another hotel in the area.

Excellent location great staff. Toilet had some difficulty flushing. Most of the electricity for the room is connected to 1 switch, which wasn't ideal. Overall great place, great stay close to many amenities.

Economical choice met all my needs

Hotel front desk staffed round the clock. Friendly personnel. Room was in good if slightly worn condition. Pillows were on the skimpy side (but there were four of them for the King bed). I'd be happy to stay here again if I return to the area again.

My room was in Very Poor condition. There was a drawer completely missing from the dresser and there was a hole bashed through the bathroom door. The phone also didn’t work at all. The cleanliness of the room also needed attention—especially the bathtub. When I checked in, they told me that breakfast was from 6:30 until 10. I was staying from a weekend through part of the week and missed breakfast on the first weekday because breakfast ended much earlier during the week, which no one told me even though they could see my itinerary upon check-in.
