The wing of the hotel where our room was seemed to have permanent residents and smelled bad enough to stick to my clothes and hair. The toilet seat was falling off and the heater leaked water all over. I asked to be moved. The room itself did not smell but just going down the hall to get to it made me smell weird. The new room was in a slightly better hallway but still had a smell, just a little weaker. The staff was great though, very nice and accommodating.

Stayed here recently and had a pretty rough experience. I found a cockroach in my room, and the bathroom walls had dirty smears on them that looked like dried boogers or something similar. Definitely not what I expect from a hotel that’s supposed to provide basic cleanliness. The staff was very kind and the pool looked like it was well maintained. Overall, the room didn’t feel cared for, and the cleanliness issues made the stay uncomfortable. Would not return.
Toilet was also completely loose.
