Strawberry Hill accommodation with spa

The look of the entire place is fancy! The room was nice - good size, beautiful bathroom, we had a nice view of the city, a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Check in and check out was a breeze. The only slight headaches were paying $33 for self-parking and then not being able to get out without assistance from the staff as well as getting into breakfast Sunday morning. We had a 30 min wait to be seated and there were so many tables available. All we wanted was the buffet but felt like we had to jump through a few hoops to get it when it should have been simpler.

Property looks nice from the outside. Lobby area is pretty and the staff were very nice. Beds & pillows were great! Unfortunately, there were dirty sheets in the hallways, a vacuum left overnight by the elevator, and hallway was never swept, bathroom was marginally clean and the shower curtain was half unsnapped. Just small things that should have been done.

The whole place was beautiful the room was very clean and nice. The casino wasn’t very nice to me but you win some you lose some still had a great time We were there for a concert at the beautiful Starlight and if we ever come back that way we will be staying again with you. Happy Guest

Absolutely adorable place and we can’t wait to be back!

Black mold in vents, neighbors were extremely loud past midnight, parking lot felt unsafe, staff wasn’t present for check out. I wouldn’t stay here again. The breakfast was the only good thing.
