Beautiful hotel and PERFECT location

We had a GREAT time as this hotel while in town. The location along the river is simply amazing. There’s a paved trail along the riverbank and super close to downtown KC. Would most definitely stay here again while there.

Impossible to get around without a car. No dining options if the one restaurant is closed, don’t arrive on a Monday. No other dining options in the area within walking distance. Charged $4 for bottled water without mentioning each floor has a water station. The one man at the front desk was helpful.

Loved this property! So pretty and unique. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Nice restaurant onsite. Food was good but didn't have the same menu as in the google pictures so it was a lot less extensive. Good priced food though.

A Beautiful Stay with One Small Flaw

This newer hotel is nestled in a revitalized part of town, and it really impressed me. The harbor view from my room was absolutely stunning—waking up to that sight each morning felt like a treat. The walk up to the carousel fountain nearby was charming and genuinely made me smile. What truly stood out, though, was the bed. Hands down, the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in—firm with supportive gel pillows that made it hard to leave in the morning. The faux wood flooring was a smart, clean-feeling touch, and I appreciated how much fresher it felt compared to traditional carpeting. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a beautifully tiled and grouted shower that felt high-end and spotless. My only complaint: room 419 is right next to the elevators, and the noise, especially in the early morning hours, was hard to ignore. Light sleepers may want to request a room farther down the hall. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I’d absolutely stay again—just not in room 419.l which is by the elevator.

This is a nice hotel in a convenient location. The staff is super responsible and friendly. It was clean and there was easy parking. You can access river walk right in front. Couldn’t give 5 stars as there were some issues with the room, which I realized was more due to a construction defect and maintenance. The suite was over 700 sqft but the main living area only had 1 air supply vent. I thought the AC was broken because it was so hot I was sweating inside but then after trying to get them to trouble shoot it I realized the cheap builders only put 1 air vent in that big space! Even if they added more refrigerant to make AC colder I think it will still be hot. For a room that size they would need at least 3 or 4 air vents. Luckily the bedroom had a separate AC that was working so could sleep. The fridge was also half broken only the top 2 shelves were cool the bottom half was warm. The ice machines in the hallway are apparently not strong enough to fill an ice bucket. You can maybe fill a glass. If the builders had put the same amount of effort into appearances as they did into the actual functionality of the hotel it would greatly improve the experience.
