Large rooms and an airport shuttle made for a great stay.

My room was definitely not cleaned right. I stayed multiple days and the room wasn’t cleaned. There were semis parked in the entrance that made it difficult to park. Ice machine was broke. Breakfast was borderline jail food.

I was very frustrated with the check in process as the staff and website were inconsistent. Online it says check in is available until 3:30 AM and we arrived around 3:15 only to be told that we arrived too late and that they canceled our reservation. The staff were also inconsistent between each other as we revived mixed responses as to whether or not we would be fine arriving so late. After checking in, the rest of the stay was mainly problem free. Our door did get the key card thing messed up but they were able to fix it promptly and without bothering us as we were sleeping. Hot tub and pool were well maintained and relaxing. Room was clean. Breakfast was good

Worst experience ever. Hotel was so dirty. We checked in around 4pm and they still put us in a room that was half clean. The property smelled so bad. Bathroom was stinky. Bed sheets were dirty had stains on them. We left as soon as we walked in. Since this was non refundable we can’t do anything. Plus the incidental charged was charged as a POS transaction. I doubt I’ll get it back. F this place
