We stayed here based on area, breakfast being included and the Wyndham name. Don't be deceived. This place is run down, low on staff and I would NEVER eat there. They literally had an open pot of oatmeal sitting in a closet for 2 days.

Nice room layout, hard mattress

No one was at front desk for awhile when we got there, i loved the layout of our room though(it had a padded windowseat) but the mattress and pillows were very firm. If i hadn't brought my own pillows i wouldn't have been able to sleep well. The AC ran perfectly though and i loved that it stayed on constantly and didn't turn off and on all night like some hotels do.

Extremely disappointing and unsafe stay at Microtel Inn and Suites. Our recent stay at the hotel was a very bad experience. The room was not properly cleaned and had an overpowering smell of bleach that made it unpleasant to stay in. The bed was unstable and made loud, scratchy noises with any movement, making it difficult to sleep. What’s worse, there was a metal sheet in the room that was dangerously placed — it injured my children, which is absolutely unacceptable. The breakfast, which was advertised as a “hot breakfast,” was of very poor quality. There weren’t even basic options like boiled eggs or fruit such as bananas. Calling it a hot breakfast is misleading. I sincerely hope the hotel addresses these issues to ensure no other guest has to go through such an experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I WANT FULL REGIND OF MY STAY ⸻ If you tell me the hotel name and location, I can personalize this further. Let me know!
