Check in was easy. I went to the pool and noticed the hot tub jets aren’t working, went back and noticed my door was ajar and didn’t shut properly leaving for the pool. So that wasn’t comforting. Doors are old, the pool room had no towels- but overall it’s fine for an overnight with kids who care about the pool

The parking lot at this hotel has beautiful trees and a well kept lawn, but the single downside was finding out after parking under the trees, my truck was then pooped on all night long by hundreds of birds. It took 4 trips through a carwash to get the mess off.

Horrible. Ruined our trip.

Arrived to a ghetto hotel with someone welding on a booted trailer in the parking lot. Immediately felt unsafe. Told management upon arrival and they did not care. Also arrived to no reservation despite multiple confirmation emails and they were completely booked. All hotels booked within a 20 mile radius. It was near impossible to get in contact with Hotels.com to get a refund. Once I did I was told I needed to wait 7-10 days for a refund. After being stuck stranded at midnight we decided to drive 2 hours home. Ruined our trip. I will never book through hotels.com again or Comfort Inn West Valley Salt Lake City South.

The property was very disappointing. It’s in serious need of remodel and appears to be in need of a deep cleaning. Our room was not cleaned well and it had only two bath towels, and one wash cloth. In addition, the staff at the front desk was not very pleasant.

The staff seemed to not care and seemed like he was drunk. We chose the property because it had a pool and a hot tub, but the hot tub wasn’t functioning. The room was OK and the TV didn’t have any channels whatsoever.

It smelt as though someone recently smoked in the room. The floors were disgusting. The shades were disgusting. The lampshades were yellow and cracking. The bed was an old metal bed that freaked and you can tell just hundreds of people that slept in it the pillows were even crusty. I will never stay here again
