Place was clean and everything we expected. It is an efficiency type room so a lot to pack into the size. It had dishes, microwave, cook top, countertop oven and refrigerator. Owner decorated it appropriately. The bed was very comfortable. This unit had beach chairs and umbrella available. Water front was a few hundred yards away across an expansive beach of white sand! It was perfect for our 5 day stay.

From the online listing, we expected the establishment to be more modern. There was a funny smell, and possibly mold in the bathroom. There were beach towels and chairs, so that was welcomed. Disappointed that there was no recycling bins provided.

Property was great!!! Clean and convenient. Property management company was not good and lacked responsiveness. They advised an early checkin of 1pm would be no problem. 1pm passed and we heard nothing. Called emergency number and emailed and received no answer or reply. Normal check-in of 4pm passed and still no access code notification. Finally contacted Belloise Realty via their website and finally received the access code around 415pm. Property was great but property management was Not very reliable at all.

Great location, clean room, comfortable bed. Bathroom is a little small but shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner and body wash- the ones provided are really small, almost sample size bottles. Kitchen has coffee maker that can use K-cups which was a bonus for us. We had a great 3 night stay and would definitely recommend this property to others. The only complaint was someone working on the room above ours the first evening- several hours of noise coming from the ceiling.

Treasure Island a true treasure

We stayed at Tropic Terrace in Treasure Island during the week of June 28-30. We had a wonderful time. The hotel exceeded our expectations. They did a fantastic job updating the rooms. While we didn't use the kitchen it was a great addition. It was just the right amount of space for two people. The decor was beachy and well coordinated to create a homey, intimate feel. Since Tropic Terrace is right on the beach, it was a short walk to the water. I loved that there is a 2 mile walking trail behind the hotel and along the water. We had an awesome time and I would definately go back and do recommend Tropic Terrace.

Tropic Terrace was a good vacation spot! The property employees were kind and helpful once we were on site! It would have been nice if the owner/company could have confirmed beach towels and chairs were available in this unit, we even emailed to get confirmation and none was given. There was only 1 beach towel per guest for the entire stay. The beach chairs were on their last leg but we were happy we had them to use! Could have used more wash clothes as those are not typically an item I’m willing to reuse and we did not have enough for each guest to use one per day. Overall, this was a good stay with excellent beach access and we would revisit!!

Perfect for self or small groups

This place was perfectly setup for a beach vacation for 1-2 people. The air conditioning works great and is quiet. The pool is steps outside the door with beautiful landscaping. The beach is just a couple of minutes walk down the sand. The kitchen is stocked with appliances needed to cook and a single serving coffee/tea maker. Will definitely look to book again!

It was a fairly short walk to the beach through the sand so that was perfect. Pool was clean and good sized. Could have used a little hotter water for showering and even when doing dishes.

Awesome location

Nice place, room was well stocked. Had what we needed for a day at the beach. Only thing we needed was better quality toilet paper. Bed was super comfy! Kitchen well equipped, was able to make breakfast every day. There was unnecessary drama around obtaining the parking pass. It was just left in the room so we could get it on check in. Love having a code for room door. So nice not having to carry a key/card when going to the beach. Only suggestion for improvement would be to put bed on risers so we could store suitcases underneath it.
