Property was great pool staff is amazing ! Only reason I gave 4 stars because if you want extend your room because your flight leaves at 8pm they have no facility nor room to change and cleanup after your flight. Food was incredible rooms are amazing. Glass on a balcony very dirty done expect to enjoy coffee outside in the morning with a nice view. Everything is price bring your money lots of it.

Great location and amazing service

Checked in at midnight and service at that hour was excellent. This hotel was perfect for our 4 night trip with a beautiful view of the Gulf and a very nice pool with plenty of lounge chairs. The room was spacious and clean. We had breakfast every day at Seaguini and also dinner there one night. Breakfast was very good and our dinner was amazing! The Sand Bar was also a nice experience for a quick lunch or a few drinks by the water. Service was top notch from check in to checkout…special recognition to Jonathan at Seaguini and Morgan at poolside. We will definitely stay here again when back in Clearwater Beach.

This place is a very expensive hotel, for average service! Walls are super thin, heard the room next door using the hair dryer, kids screaming in the halls. The place is clean, but thats it, definitely not worth $ 500 a night!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Opal Sands. Our room was clean and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the water. We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and had dinner at the restaurant in the sister hotel. Both were fantastic!

Great pool, nice staff, free water and snacks (ok bundled into resort fee). Beach access but no lounge chairs on the beach but pool chairs and towels were also part of the resort fee. Staff was attentive and rooms were big with great views and balconies looking out at the gulf. We would return.

The service at the Opal Sands was top notch! The rooms were spacious and clean. There was also a guest pantry on every floor fully stocked with waters , individual bags of ice, snacks and fresh fruit. Every room really did have a view of the Gulf. SO BEAUTIFUl! My only complaint, beach chairs and umbrellas should have been part of the daily resort fee. While bikes were included, I did not see where to get them but more importantly there really was no where to ride them. The roads were packed with cars. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here and will be DEFINITELY be returning.
