I loved everything, the front desk was very helpful. It was my daughter's 10th birthday, we booked at the last minute with fear that something would go wrong, but I was wrong. I loved your deck, the young lady in front was nice enough to turn them on for us completeing an exhausting day for us. Valet, poor guy was running by himself Saturday morning but he was very speedy. We will return soon , thank you for the experience. Only one complaint, it was too short. Lol

Valet and staff we’re great, but the area the hotel is in is to far away from everything. Trolley runs every 45 minutes so it takes a while to get from one place to the next.

The shuttle staff was just excellent. John at front desk was great. Pool was OK. Breakfast buffet was well serviced. Buffet area needs to be expanded? Too tight. Everyone is tripping over chair legs constantly. Hotel room was good. I think parking valet daily rate is too expensive after considering room cost. I would return to this hotel again.

The location and staff were great. We were not happy that the parking situation was not disclosed in a clear way. We didn't know until we got there that that valet parking was $35 a day and there was not a viable alternative for elderly travelers. Also, the room did not have sufficient drawer space for 3 adults.

Valet crew polite / professional Valet parking was a breeze. Although not pleased with paying $35 for parking, comforting knowing our car was safe inside parking garage and watched. Check in was good. Clean Hotel and nice grounds. Rooms were good size, bed comfortable. No issues with parking. The daily parking fee was a little high, $35 per day. Breakfast times could be a little longer maybe till 10:00 AM. The shuttle golf cart comes in handy. Everyone on staff were pleasant and helpful. Beach size towels to use at the beach would be a bonus. All in all with the few quirks I would stay here again

Loved the room & breakfast & the views & convenient location. We could walk to so many things. Did not like the valet only parking, as only one guy was working both getting cars & providing transportation. Even when we called ahead, it sometimes took way longer to get our car than the guy said it would. We were late to one of our events because of having to wait so long. He would not allow us to get our car ourselves.
